Biography of Bakhtiyar Khilji (Ameer-E-Bangal) :

The birth of Bakhtiyar Khilji was in the Khilaj Kabila of Turk in 1175. He was purchased by Muhammad Ghori and on his wish he was sent to Lahore. Qutubuddin seeing his sprite sent him in the custody of Iltutmish. Bakhtiyar said to Iltutmish please Give me a mission of war. Iltutmish for his examination Gave him only 16 knight riders and sent him in the east of Hindustan. He reached at Nadia fort and capture the fort alone. So he became the Ameer-of-Bangal and then army general of Hindustan.

In October 1206 He was murdered by Ali Mardan rebel.  His tomb is situated in India west Bengal, District, Dakkhin Dinajpur, Tahseel Gangarampur In The Village Narayanpur.
